Cosawes Barton Rosie and Ryan

Rosie and Ryan had initially planned to get married in the Midlands, but it really wasn’t what they wanted. So instead, they started planning a small intimate wedding in Cornwall, and their chosen venue was Cosawes Barton. The beautiful county of Cornwall is their special place, it’s where they went on their first holiday together and where Ryan popped the question!

The theme for the day was relaxed or ‘perfectly imperfect’. With the help from their wedding co-ordinator Hazel from Out of The Ordinary Weddings, they set about decorating the barn. The ‘perfectly imperfect’ look consisted of wild, untamed florals, mix ‘n’ match brass candlesticks, burgundy table runners and candles, lots of candles.

Rosie and Ryan will admit that when it came to their wedding photography, they were quite fussy. Wanting their day to be captured naturally whilst also wantingsomething a little different.

‘WOW!’ My work fitted the bill!

“Thomas listened to what we wanted and talked through the little details with us before their big day. And when it came to the day, he literally was just like a chameleon. He was so friendly and took the most stunning photos and also a short cinematic highlight video.

Our memories will be with us forever, but in years and years to come when they fade a little we have the most gorgeous set of photos to look back on – WOW didhe fit the bill!”

On the day Rosie wore a Melissa Sweet gown and carried the most stunning bouquet by the very talented Lisa of Down by the River Florals. The groom looked dapper in his Twisted Tailor tuxedo as he and their dog waited for their bride to arrive. The day was perfectly topped off with some memorable moments outside just the two of them in the beautiful grounds of Cosawes Barton.
