My wedding photographers blog is all my work and thoughts, what I have been up to and where I have been. I will try to keep it fresh. The majority of the weddings that I capture will be from Cornwall, Devon or Somerset, with a few more from outside the South West. I hope that this displays my wedding photography in the style that I hold true, relaxed, natural and unobtrusive. I have been shooting weddings since 2007 and my work has consistently evolved but my values have always been to capture the wedding without impacting on it. I hope that you enjoy and remember to share what you like. You can also visit my Twitter or Facebook account or share some of your top images on Pinterest. If you would like me to blog about anything in detail, share some tips for other photographers or such like then please let me know. I hope that you enjoy my blog. If you would like to contact me you can do so by sending me an email via my Contact a Wedding Photographer Page. If you would like to see more real weddings then you can look at my Real Weddings page.
Wedding photographers view of Cornwall
This is a wedding photographers view . It is a teaser from a beautiful elopement at Boho in Cornwall. Joe and Sarah were a fantastic couple who were keen to explore the Cornish coastline and find a Poldark moment. As a Cornish wedding photographer I love incorporating the history and heritage of the area into my work.

Winter weddings on trend for this wedding photographer
Its great being a wedding photographer. What a great day yesterday at Muddifords Court in Devon with Sam and Tom, they had a autumn themed wedding with autumn leaves for the table decorations and winter Pimm's. I would recommend the winter Pimm's to any couple that are having a winter winter wedding. Its [...]
British Dressage South West Region 2015
What a great night on Saturday for an event photographer. I was covering the British Dressage South West Region Fundraiser held at Taunton School, a fantastic venue. With a raffle and a dinner the mood was set to raise the money that was required. The event that was held at Taunton School was a complete [...]

Perfect Wedding Photographer
I love my work as a wedding photographer. If I did not then I would not be a good photographer, it's that simple. Passion is what drive everyone forward in what they do and how they live their lives. My passion is to capture the passion and the emotions on one day. The most important day, the wedding day. This is why I get very happy when[...]

Steve and I had planned a weekend in Central London (although we work there we never see the sights!). We went for wine tasting at Vinopolis and then headed to the Shard. I was busy taking photos of the London skyline and when I turned around he was on one knee! In all the excitement I almost forgot to say yes! We celebrated with a few bottles [...]
We went away for a long weekend to Morthoe, near Woolacombe, in North Devon. When we first arrived the weather was beautiful so we went for a walk along the country paths and across the cliff tops. Kris had secretly arranged for a local farmer to leave a picnic basket just off the beaten track, complete with a Devon cream tea and champagne! I d[...]
We had always talked about going to America for our honeymoon, if we were ever to get married. On our 3rd anniversary in a little B&B in Wales we swapped presents. Tim gave me a travel guide to New York and had hollowed out the middle - hidden inside was an engagement ring. I was not very romantic - my first response was "I think I'm going to be sic[...]
