Ellie and Danny had planned a big wedding, but all their plans were interrupted due to COVID. Not able to choose who to invite for a smaller ‘I do’ they eloped to Cornwall! They soon found the perfect Cornish elopement venue a beautiful Cornish cottage located within a world heritage site in a beautiful and picturesque setting by the sea.
On the day they dressed in their wedding attire for Ellie, this was an incredibly beautiful, ultra-feminine gown with delicate petal detail and fabulous sculpting silhouette by Stephanie Allin. Danny wore a navy tailored suit with a white shirt, a blue bow tie and brown leather shoes. Ellie’s beautiful bouquet and Danny’s buttonhole were by Cornish Farm Flowers. After their ceremony, they celebrated with bubbles then we took a stroll to capture some coastal portraits before it was time for their romantic low key wedding feast, just the two of them at Appleton’s Fowey.
It was such a pleasure to photograph their day Antonia, the venue owner of Antonia’s Pearls, had recommended me. The brief for their wedding photography was relaxed and romantic.
“We certainly got exactly what we desired. Tom listened to all of our ideas and concerns and was able to incorporate the perfect shots for us.”
Their favourite part of the day…
“We have both said that our favourite part of the day was having our photos taken. We were filled with emotions and excitement as we were just married, and we felt like it was the first time we could stop and take it all in.”
